Resize an image to any size
Set exact pixels, scale by percent, or pick a ready-made size for Instagram, YouTube and the rest. It runs in your browser, so nothing is uploaded.
How it works
Add your images
JPG, PNG, WebP or HEIC. Add several at once and they’re all resized with the same settings.
Choose the size
Type a width or height, pick a percentage, or choose a preset. With “Keep aspect ratio” on, the other side follows along.
Crop, fit or stretch
If the new size has a different shape, crop to fill it, fit the whole image with padding, or stretch it. Then download.
Common sizes, ready to go
1080 × 1080 for square posts, 1080 × 1350 for portrait posts, 1080 × 1920 for stories and Reels covers.
YouTube and link previews
1280 × 720 for thumbnails, 1200 × 630 for the image that appears when you share a link.
Headers and banners
1500 × 500 for X, 1584 × 396 for LinkedIn, 851 × 315 for a Facebook page cover.
Profile pictures
400 × 400 works almost everywhere. For a cleaner avatar, remove the background first.
Frequently asked questions
Will resizing make my photo blurry?
Making an image smaller keeps it sharp; we scale down in several steps to avoid jagged edges. Making it much bigger than the original can’t add detail, so it will look soft.
What’s the difference between crop and fit?
Crop fills the whole new size and trims the edges that don’t fit. Fit shows the whole image and adds bars of a colour you choose, or transparent bars for PNG and WebP.
Can I resize many images at once?
Yes. Add as many as you like. With a width or a percentage set, each image keeps its own proportions. Download them all as a ZIP.
Are my images uploaded?
No. Resizing happens in your browser. Your files aren’t sent to our servers.
