Is the background really pure white?
Yes — #FFFFFF, RGB 255, 255, 255 — the value marketplaces check for.
Can I remove the shadow or change the margin?
Yes. Turn the shadow off in the Edit tab and change the ratio or margin in the Size tab. Re-downloading the same image with other settings costs nothing extra.
How large will the image be?
HD downloads keep the full resolution of your photo (up to 36 megapixels). Cropping to a square removes the pixels around the product, so start with a large, close photo.
